Terms of Service

Effective August 3, 2026

Agreement

These terms govern your use of CCE, operated by MC375 Ventures, LLC (“CCE”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

The service

CCE is a hosted tool for storing, reviewing, and assembling reusable document content into finished documents. We may change or improve features over time. If we remove something you depend on, we will give reasonable notice.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be at least 16 years old. Do not share credentials, and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Your content

You own the content you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to host, store, copy, transmit, format, and display that content strictly as needed to operate the service for you and the people you share it with. That license ends when you delete the content or close your account.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, including any content belonging to your employer or a third party.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Break the law, infringe intellectual property, or violate the privacy rights of others.
  • Upload malware, or attempt to breach or probe our systems or another workspace.
  • Resell the service, or use it to build a directly competing product.
  • Place a load on the service designed to degrade it for others.

Cost

CCE is free to use. There is no paid plan, no subscription, and nothing to cancel. We do not ask for payment details.

If we ever offer a paid capability, it will be something additional that does not exist today. Features available free will not later be moved behind a payment.

Your content stays yours

Export is never restricted, in any account state. You can always retrieve a complete copy of your content, in an open format, without asking us.

Fair-use ceilings exist on storage and rendering volume so one account cannot degrade the service for others. If you reach one we will tell you plainly what the limit is and what to do about it.

Availability

We work to keep CCE available and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can. We do not offer a contractual uptime commitment on self-serve plans. The service is provided on an as-is basis.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that materially breaches these terms, that puts the service or other customers at risk, or where we are required to by law. Except in urgent cases, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the problem first. On termination you will have a reasonable period to export your content.

Disclaimers

CCE helps you assemble documents. It does not verify that your content is accurate, current, or appropriate for the audience you send it to. Review what you send. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. For a material change, we will notify account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
