Real-time call answers from certified snippets.
- Transcribed on your computer
- Transcribes call audio on your computer and queries your library through Anthropic. No audio is recorded or stored.
- Answers from the library
- Returns the snippet’s exact text with its certification seal, revision number, and a 0–100 accuracy score.
- The after-call list
- Saves the questions asked, answers shown, and cited snippets in an after-call list for 30 days by default, or indefinitely when marked Keep this call.

- Invite teammates by email and assign a role. Members authenticate with a six-digit email code or Google sign-in.
